Any creditor whose debt to a creditor exceeds 2 million rubles, and up to 3 million rubles for an agricultural organization, strategic enterprises and natural monopoly entities can submit an application. A court decision or court order on debt collection that has entered into legal force is required. The delay in debt repayment cannot be less than 3 months.

Comprehensive evaluation

Comprehensive evaluation

A paid evaluation report is prepared at an agreed price with no additional costs

You receive an extended written report (based on the results of the counterparty review) on the following points:

  • financial advisability of initiating bankruptcy proceedings or entering bankruptcy proceedings
  • probability of bringing the persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability
  • detailed conclusions and recommendations from EOS specialists
