The history of EOS Group begins in 1974 in Germany, when a debt collection service was organized within the legal department of OTTO Group. The high-quality service in the financial services sector and focus on global development allowed the company to expand intensively and enter the markets of Europe, America and Asia.
In 2000, EOS Holding was founded, bringing together Otto Group experts with experience in receivables management. Today, EOS Group is an international holding company consisting of more than 60 companies with offices in 26 countries. EOS Group successfully employs more than 7,000 employees and serves 20,000 customers worldwide.
In 2007 EOS Group started working in Russia. The birthday of EOS Russia is July 19, 2007, when the official opening of the EOS office in Moscow was announced.
Professional collection organization EOS is one of the largest collection agencies in Russia. The company’s core business is the purchase of debts of individuals and legal entities, international collection services and work with receivables in the B2B sector.
EOS Russia operates in strict compliance with the law, is included in the state register of legal entities engaged in the recovery of overdue debt in accordance with Federal Law № 230 and is a member of the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (NAPCA).
Over the 15 years of EOS work in Russia, more than 45 subdivisions have been opened in different cities of Russia: head office in Moscow, 4 contact centers, 40 regional offices in the largest cities of the country. The company’s subdivisions serve clients throughout Russia.
