Classic transaction

The creditor provides EOS with a register of debt cases with key data. We analyse the portfolio and assess recovery prospects, then submit a purchase offer as a percentage of the total debt amount. Upon agreement, a deed of assignment is signed and the creditor removes the receivables from their balance sheet. EOS makes payment and the parties record the date of transfer of claims.

Profit sharing

Profit sharing under a deed of assignment guarantees a fair distribution of income between EOS and the partner. This mechanism incentivises effective debt collection, aligns the interests of all parties, and contributes to successful debt recovery. Forward Flow (regular purchase)

Initiation of proceedings

Observation stage

Preparation of an external administration or financial rehabilitation plan for the debtor.

Liquidation or debt repayment

Inclusion in the creditors' register. Sale of assets, challenge of transactions that harmed creditors, holding the director liable, and liquidation of the company.

Settlement agreement

At any stage of the procedure, the debtor may conclude a settlement agreement with creditors. The draft agreement is approved at a creditors' meeting.
