The accounts receivable market has been under pressure from multidirectional factors in recent years. After a period of stabilisation, the dynamics of problem debt have noticeably intensified and reached record highs.

The growth of problem debt in the economy significantly outpaced the increase in total accounts receivable, indicating alarming trends.

The share of overdue accounts receivable (the ratio of overdue debt to total receivables) has increased. This indicator can be seen as a "thermometer" of the financial health of the economy and individual segments: its growth signals an increase in risk levels.
