The debts were transferred to our company for further collection. Our team began by initially analyzing the situation and identifying the key individuals involved. One of our employees contacted the commercial and general directors of the debtor to find out the details of the problem.
In the course of the communication, it became obvious that the debtor’s managers had no intention of fulfilling their obligations. They expressed confidence that the creditor would leave Russia as soon as possible and therefore saw no point in paying the debts. This position required us to take more active steps to explain the situation.
Our team member organized a meeting with the debtor’s representatives, where he explained in detail that the creditor’s legal entity continued to operate in Russia. He emphasized that failure to pay debts could lead to serious legal consequences, including litigation and potential bankruptcy.
The debtor’s CEO offered to pay 50% of the total debt as a compromise. Our team discussed this proposal with the creditor and, after agreement, offered a reasonable discount of 15%.
As a result of negotiations, the parties came to a consensus, signing an agreement for 75% of the original debt. The payment was made within two working days after signing the agreement, which allowed the creditor to receive part of its funds in a short period of time, avoiding lengthy court proceedings.
Thus, the successful resolution of this situation was made possible by the actions taken by our company, the right negotiation tactics and the ability to find compromises. This case demonstrated the importance of a professional approach, especially when dealing with large amounts of money and organizations with possible corporate complexities.
An international seed supply company faced financial difficulties with its Russian partner, an agro-industrial complex, which had debts to the supplier exceeding 50 million rubles. The debtor recognized his debt and did not refuse to pay it, but due to the difficult market situation and limited financial resources he could not make the payment immediately.:
The first step was a detailed study of the market and financial condition of the debtor. That allowed us to understand the scale of the problem and identify possible solutions.

Five months after the debt was transferred to the EOS, the entire amount was successfully repaid. The result became a positive outcome for the foreign supplier company and its partner.

The client approached us with a Russian Arbitration Court decision, which confirmed his legitimate interests. After analyzing and identifying key aspects, we handed over the case to our partner in India who became directly involved in the situation. The partner immediately sent a formal complaint letter to the debtor. This action was necessary to establish contact and demonstrate the seriousness of the situation.
After our partner had reached out to the decision makers from the debtor’s company, the situation began to change. Our team closely monitored the situation to ensure the effectiveness of the next steps.
The debt was successfully repaid within two months. That became possible because of proactive communication and a constructive approach towards the problem. We applied a variety of methods, including negotiation and installment offers, to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
These actions led to the withdrawal of the claim from the court, which confirmed not only the success of our efforts, but also the effectiveness of the legal tools that were used. We ensured full support of the case at every stage.

By completing the recovery process, we were able to significantly ease the financial burden for the leasing company, as well as demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach to dealing with distressed assets.
We worked with a debtor from the Moscow region, who at the time of application had a significant amount of mortgage debt: over 4,500,000 rubles. The case had peculiarities: at the time of the debt purchase, our client was in bankruptcy, and his property, including an apartment pledged to the PKO EOS LLC, was seized as part of a criminal case

Stop the accrual of interest on the loan because the apartment could not be realized due to the seizure.
