The creditor provides EOS with a register of debt cases with key data. We analyse the portfolio and assess recovery prospects, then submit a purchase offer as a percentage of the total debt amount. Upon agreement, a deed of assignment is signed and the creditor removes the receivables from their balance sheet. EOS makes payment and the parties record the date of transfer of claims.
